Process
How the process works.
It starts with a request or a phone call. We set up a visit to see the space, take measurements and talk through what you want, what's possible and your budget. For decks, that includes your yard, how the deck will connect to the house, and the materials that fit your budget and upkeep preferences. You then get a written quote to review. Once you approve it, we put the job on the schedule and keep you updated until the final walkthrough.
Good to know.
Most new decks need a building permit, and HOAs in many north-side neighborhoods have their own approval process. We'll let you know what's needed when we quote your project.
Composite decking costs more up front but needs less upkeep than wood. We'll walk you through the trade-offs so you can choose what fits.
