About LP Contracting
A local, owner-led remodeling and construction company on Indianapolis's north side.
Built on trust.
LP Contracting was founded by Luis Pabon to give north-side homeowners a builder they can trust with their biggest projects. We treat every home like our own.

Work directly with the owner.
When you work with LP Contracting, you work directly with the owner. Luis is involved from the first visit to the final walkthrough, so the person who quotes your project is the same person who makes sure it's done right.
How we work.
- Straight answers. We'll tell you what we think, including when a smaller project makes more sense.
- Written quotes. The scope of work is spelled out before anything starts.
- Respect for your home. We keep job sites as clean and contained as the work allows.
- Easy communication. Request work, approve quotes and pay online in one place, or just call.
We focus on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, decks and home additions for homeowners from Zionsville to Noblesville. See our service area.
